Cascade Mobile Nursing was founded on a simple belief: quality clinical care shouldn't require a waiting room. We bring licensed RN expertise directly to patients across Central Oregon — in their homes.
Why We Started
After years working in hospital and home health settings, our founder saw the same pattern repeat itself: patients discharged too soon, overwhelmed by instructions, and without the follow-up support they needed to truly recover. Families becoming overwhelmed with managing appointments, medications, and caring for an aging loved one. Others simply couldn't make it to appointments — whether due to mobility challenges, transportation barriers, or the exhaustion that comes with managing a chronic condition.
Cascade Mobile Nursing was built to close that gap. By bringing nursing care directly into the home, we can spend real time with patients — not the 10 minutes a busy clinic allows, but the time it actually takes to understand someone's situation, answer their questions, and make sure they feel confident in their care.
We serve patients across Central Oregon, from Bend, Redmond, Sisters, Sunriver, and the surrounding communities. Whether you need a one-time visit or ongoing support, we're here.

Licensed Registered Nurse
All services are performed by a licensed RN, holding an active Oregon nursing license in good standing.
Fully Insured
Cascade Mobile Nursing carries professional liability and general liability insurance for every visit.
HIPAA Compliant
Patient privacy is paramount. All records, communications, and documentation follow strict HIPAA guidelines.
CPR & BLS Certified
Current Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
